Lemon and Ginger with Hennessey

Ingredients: 1 or 2 Lemon and Ginger  tea bags 2 cups water 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste) 1-2 ounces Hennessy (adjust to taste)  Lemon slices or mint leaves for garnish (optional)   Instructions: If your brewed tea isn’t already sweetened and you like a sweeter drink, stir in honey or sugar to taste. Make sure the tea is at room temperature or colder so it mixes well. Pour 1 or 2 ounces into each glass of brewed tea. Adjust the amount based on your preferred strength. Stir well to combine the Hennessy with the tea.  Serve the tea over ice if you prefer it cold, or enjoy it as is if you like it at room temperature. Berry Blast with Baileys Irish Cream

Ingredients: 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream 1/4 cup berry liqueur (such as Chambord or another berry-flavored liqueur) 1/4 cup vodka (optional, for added kick) 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup cranberry juice 1/4 cup mixed berry juice or mashed fresh berries (such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries) Ice Fresh berries and/or mint leaves for garnish Instructions: Prepare the Glass: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Ingredients: 1 tot Johnnie Walker Red Label whisky (45ml) 2-3 Berry Blast tea bags 1 cup (240 ml) hot water 1-2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste) Ice cubes Lemon or lime wedge for garnish (optional) Fresh berries for garnish (optional) Instructions: Steep the Berry Blast tea bag in the hot water for about 5 minutes. Remove the teabag and stir in honey or simple syrup while the tea is still warm. Allow it to cool to room temperature or chill in the fridge for faster cooling. Fill a cocktail glass or a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour 45 ml of Johnnie Walker Red Label whisky over the ice. Top off with the cooled Berry Blast tea, and stir gently to combine. Ingredients: Prepared Lemon & Ginger Tea (cooled to room temperature or chilled) ⅕ cup Gilbey’s gin Ice cubes Lemon slice or wedge, for garnish Fresh mint, for garnish (optional) Process: Fill a glass with ice cubes. Take ⅕ cup of Gilbey’s gin and pour it over the ice. Top the glass with the prepared Lemon & Ginger Tea, filling it up to about 3/4 full.
