Lemon and ginger with Gilbeys gin

Ingredients:

  • Prepared Lemon & Ginger Tea (cooled to room temperature or chilled)
  • ⅕ cup Gilbey’s gin
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slice or wedge, for garnish
  • Fresh mint, for garnish (optional)

Process:

  • Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  • Take ⅕ cup of Gilbey’s gin and pour it over the ice.
  • Top the glass with the prepared Lemon & Ginger Tea, filling it up to about 3/4 full.
  • Stir gently to mix the gin with the tea
  • Garnish with a lemon slice or wedge on the rim of the glass.
  • Optionally, add a sprig of fresh mint for extra freshness.
