Ingredients:
- Prepared Lemon & Ginger Tea (cooled to room temperature or chilled)
- ⅕ cup Gilbey’s gin
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slice or wedge, for garnish
- Fresh mint, for garnish (optional)
Process:
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Take ⅕ cup of Gilbey’s gin and pour it over the ice.
- Top the glass with the prepared Lemon & Ginger Tea, filling it up to about 3/4 full.
- Stir gently to mix the gin with the tea
- Garnish with a lemon slice or wedge on the rim of the glass.
- Optionally, add a sprig of fresh mint for extra freshness.
