HIBISCUS MOJITO
INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 teaspoons sugar syrup .
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
- 1 or 2 teabags of Hibiscus Hit Tea
- 150ml Club Soda.
- Ice cube, Lime wedge and mint sprig for garnish .
INSTRUCTIONS
- Place your mint along with a teaspoon of sugar syrup and muddle it; gently in a tall glass
- Keeping the mint in the bottom of the glass, and lime juice, gently stir ..
- Pour in Hibiscus tea and give it a gentle stir.
- Fill your glass with ice
- Using a cocktail stirring spoon, stir to mix the liquids in the glass around a bit.
- Pouring club soda into tall glass
- Give it a gentle stir,
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, lime slice .
