Chamomile Calm with Whiskey

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 or 3 teabags of chamomile calm
  • 1.5 tablespoons whiskey 
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional, for a touch of brightness)
  • Ice
  • Lemon twist or chamomile flowers (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  • Brew the Chamomile Tea:
  • Place the Chamomile tea bag in a cup.
  • Pour boiling water over the tea and let it steep for about 5 minutes
  • Remove the teabag

 

  • Sweeten (Optional):
  • If you like your tea sweetened, stir in honey or maple syrup to taste.
  • Add Whiskey:
  • Pour 1-2 ounces of black and white whiskey into the brewed chamomile tea . Stir well to combine.
  • Garnish (optional):
  • Add a lemon slice or a bit of lemon zest for extra flavor and a nice touch of citrus.
  • Serve:
  • Enjoy your Chamomile Calm Tea with Whiskey warm or, if you prefer, let it cool and serve it over ice.
