Chamomile Calm with Rum

Ingredients:

  • 2 teabags of Chamomile Calm
  • ⅛ cup of Spiced Rum (which is equivalent to 2 tablespoons or 1 ounce)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Icecubes
  • Lemon slice or chamomile flowers (for garnish)

Instructions:

 

  1. Brew the Tea: Brew a cup of chamomile tea and let it cool to room temperature or chill it in the refrigerator.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine the cooled chamomile tea, Spiced Rum, honey (if using), and lemon juice.
  3. Shake: Add ice to the shaker, then shake well to mix the ingredients and chill the mixture.
  4. Strain: Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish: Garnish with a lemon slice or a few chamomile flowers for a decorative touch.
  6. Serve: Enjoy your refreshing and relaxing cocktail!
