Hibiscus Hit with Ballantine’s Scotch Whiskey

Ingredients:

  • 1/5 cup Ballantine’s Scotch whisky 
  • 1 hibiscus tea bag
  • ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of simple syrup
  •  Ice
  • Lemon twist or hibiscus flower for garnish (optional)

Process:

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine Ballantine’s Scotch whisky, chilled hibiscus tea, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist or a hibiscus flower for a touch of elegance.
