Mint Tea with Mojito

INGREDIENTS:

  • 60ml meyers Rum
  • 20ml simple syrup
  • 20ml lime juice
  •  club soda
  • mint  and strawberries

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a shaker tin, muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice.
  3. Strain into a highball glass  300ml using a Hawthorne strainer.
  4. Add crushed-ice and top with club soda.
  5. Garnish with a bountiful mint sprig.
