INGREDIENTS:
- 60ml meyers Rum
- 20ml simple syrup
- 20ml lime juice
- club soda
- mint and strawberries
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a shaker tin, muddle the mint leaves and simple syrup.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice.
- Strain into a highball glass 300ml using a Hawthorne strainer.
- Add crushed-ice and top with club soda.
- Garnish with a bountiful mint sprig.
