How to Prepare Apple Cinnamon Glaze

Ingredients Needed
  • 5 melvins cinnamon tea bags
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
Preparation
  • Place the 5 melvins cinnamon teabags in a teapot and pour ½ cup of boiling water.
  • Steep for 4 minutes
  • Remove teabags and combine liquid in a sauceoan with corn syrup, apple juice and brown sugar.
  • Mix well
  • Bring the source to boil
  • Let it cook
  • Pour syrup over ham and bake for one hour or until syrup is evaporated and ham glazed and browm.
