How to Make a Proper Brew

Tips for making the "perfect" tea

  • 1. Always use freshly boiled water as the amount of oxygen lost in re-boiled water makes the tea not taste very good.
  • 2. Place the tea bag at the bottom of the cup, this will help the tea brew faster.
  • 3. When making tea without milk, the tea bag should steep for only 3 minutes, any longer makes it bitter.
  • 4. Remove the tea bag after the specified time, or the tea will become bitter.
