- Eligibility: Open to Kenyan residents aged 18+. Employees, agents, and their immediate families of the Organizer and associated partners are excluded.
- Promotion Period: 15 October 2025 (00:00 EAT) – 15 December 2025 (23:59 EAT).
- How to Enter: Buy any Melvins product above 100g (All SKUs), take a picture of the batch number clearly visible, and WhatsApp it to 0110800200. Keep the package as it will be required for confirmation in case you are the lucky winner.
- Draws: Daily draws will be held every day at 11 am, and winners announced on Melvin Marsh International Ltd social media and collect prizes on Fridays at the HQ. Weekly draws will be held every Friday at 11am and winners announced the same day, collecting prizes the following Friday. All draws will be held in the presence of a BCLB official, with Dates, times, and venues shared at least 7 days in advance.
- Prizes & Allocation: See Prize Schedule A (Daily) and Prize Schedule B (Grand); prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- Winner Notification & Publication: Winners contacted within 14 days of each draw; results published on our social media and landing page within 7 days.
- Claiming Prizes: Winners must present their original ID and the original product packaging with the batch number. All prizes must be claimed within 3 months of the draw and collected from Melvin Marsh International Ltd Headquarters.
- Taxes: Prizes are subject to 5% withholding tax (Finance Act 2018), which is payable to KRA after winners have been awarded.
- Data & Publicity: By participating, entrants consent to reasonable use of their name/image for winner announcements.
- Disputes: Governed by BCLB and the Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act (Cap 131); the Board’s decision is final.
